Welcome to our beautiful modern apartment, with an industrial touch. Our space has been designed with attention to detail to create a stylish and cozy atmosphere.
Located in the north of Merida, just a few steps from the EBC University Campus, the Yucatan Siglo XXI Convention Center and the Museo del Mundo Maya; it is the ideal starting point for your adventures in the city.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a beautiful space with high ceilings, chukum floors (a Mayan heritage resin) and beautiful wooden details that provide warmth. The careful selection of furniture and decoration creates a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, with industrial touches that give it an air of authenticity.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and with high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with soft towels and all the toiletries you need for your personal care.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (e.g. induction stove, pans, dishes) and everything necessary to make guests feel at home.
It is located on the first floor of a newly built building designed to provide the greatest possible comfort to its guests. It is necessary to climb stairs to access the apartment. Parking space for one vehicle.
The Bugambilias neighborhood is located north of Mérida between the old town of Chuburná and the former Hacienda de Xcumpich, all in the old henequera area of Mérida. That is why you can find a pleasant mix of modernity and remnants of the town that existed there.
It has an excellent location, very close to places of interest such as:
- Siglo XXI Convention and Exhibition Center 2 km away.
- Maya Museum 2.3 km away.
- Galerías shopping center 2.3 km away.
- Paseo de Montejo 6.6 km away.
- Plaza Grande 7.4 km away.
