buenas comunicación con el alfrition la ubicación a diez minutos en auto la cama principal muy dura para dormir pero de ahí en todo lo demás súper.
El alojamiento coincide con las fotos, sólo que debes de tomar en cuenta que dos habitaciones están en medio de la naturaleza, por lo que encontrarás algunos insectos, pero en general está muy bonito. Importante que sepas que las regaderas funcionan cuando activas una bomba y hace que la presión de las mismas sea mas intensa . La alberca estaba bonita, no la pudimos utilizar porque nos tocó tiempo de lluvia, pero en general está muy bonito el alojamiento. La anfitriona atendió en todo momento las dudas que yo tenía, y fue súper amable. Me volvería a hospedar ahí, sólo creo que la comodidad de los los colchones podría mejorar.
This place could be great during dry weather, but it is not adequately prepared for rainy weather. During our stay, water entered the bedrooms, soaked some of our belongings, and eventually the apartment flooded with 1–2 inches of water in some areas, forcing us to leave early. While severe weather is beyond anyone’s control, the lack of support from the host was the most disappointing part. From day one, the only solutions offered were a mop, towels, and moving belongings to higher surfaces. No alternative accommodations, proactive assistance, or meaningful support were provided. We were told someone from their team would come help, but nobody arrived, and I never received the contact information I requested. We stayed only about 50% of the booked nights but received a refund of only around 30% of what we paid. I understand weather can be unpredictable, but how a host responds is within their control. Unfortunately, the flooding and the lack of assistance disrupted our vacation
